Rapid development of the social and economic levels, and improvement of living standards of thepeople, makes it needs great changes have taken place. Countries on the importance of communityservice work is also rising, informative community service, community service personnel’s qualityincrease, gradually deepening awareness of community services in, which is in line with the goal ofharmonious community construction in China. However, now the domestic development of communityservices, community service development in China is still in its infancy.This community service work for the study, from the point of community residents ’ needs forcommunity service, through the use of the Community method, investigate, understand and analyze theneeds of residents and community service work status, that there are still some problems ofdevelopment of community service work, there are three main points: first, the classification ofcommunity services is not clear, community service system is not sound; second, the low professionallevel of community service staff, community service is not of high quality; third, the fewer number ofcommunity service agencies, community service work team building is not perfect.For service problems, combined with theoretical analysis related to community service, and learnthe theory and professional development of community service work experience abroad, based on thecurrent development of domestic community service work, in terms of service categories and agencypersonnel to build on the professional development of community service work in China come up witheffective countermeasures and suggestions: first, clear categories of community service work, improvethe system of community service work; second, promoting community service officer professional level,improve the quality of community services; third, the development community service agencies,improving community services team.
