Along with the rapid expansion of the higher education scale and the adjustment ofcollege graduates employment policy, situation is increasingly serious. The difficulty ofGraduate employment is ready to come out in Beijing.This situation is closely related totheir own professional values. In a word, this study has important theoretical and practicalsignificance.On the basis of a total and systematic summary of the results of previous studies, thisstudy use the self-made Beijing graduate graduates professional values questionnaire toinvestigate graduate graduates in Beijing,and then use factor analysis to build up thegraduate graduates professional values structural dimensions. This study is aim to discussthe performance characteristics of the graduate graduates professional values in the sevenaspects of gender,hometown, household, school, discipline, degree, family backgroundthrough the interaction of various demographic variables. The findings show that theprofessional values focus on self-development while neglect of social development.Inaddition, objective factors has a profound impact. Finally, on the basis of the conclusionsof the study, the author put forward specific proposals to help the graduate graduates toestablish a correct understanding of professional values.
