University Medical Personnel Play A Role In College Students' Ideological Education

College students are valuable human resources of our country, are hope of theChinese nation, and are future of our country. They are the most active in thinking, are themost sensitive in emotion, and are the fast special groups in intellectual development. Inthe period of college studying, It is also the most critical period of maturity for Collegestudents in physical and mental health development. With rapid development of China’seconomic and socialist modernization of the acceleration, the mental and ideological aspectof student has changed profoundly, they are exposed to psychological stress, the emotionalimpact of the problem is much larger than in the past. Thus, to protect the physical andmental health of college students and to promote the healthy development of the collegestudents, it is increasingly important for college students to have a sound character andgood social adaptability. Science education and the right guidance is the key for protectingtheir physical and mental health. The university hospital charged with importantresponsibilities. However, the physician-patient relationship tension is generallyrecognized by the society, is the major livelihood hot attention of the community, and isthe problem that harmonious society needed to solve. In this special environment of theuniversities, university physician-patient relationship are not the same with the community,but there are also factors that affect patient discordant, the role of educating people of theuniversity medical staff can not give full play in undergraduate education. To solve thisproblems we are focused on three aspects of the students, school and health care in order tosurvey, analysis and discuss the reasons for the education of medical staffs. We try to giverecommendations and countermeasures to solve this problem.
