Research On Contemporary College Students’ Legal Consciousness

With the construction of a socialist country under the rule of step by step, to improve the legal quality and legal consciousness of citizens is more and more important. In which, the contemporary college students are the important part of citizens. The contemporary college students are the main forces of the construction of socialist modernization.They are the backbone of building the socialist country, bearing the important mission. Their legal consciousness and legal quality condition directly affects the country ruled by law can be realized smoothly, relations with the socialist modernization construction. Therefore, the study of contemporary college students’legal awareness training has the vital practical significance.This article on the contemporary college students’ legal consciousness research mainly in the following four aspects:First, the theoretical premise of training of the contemporary college students’law consciousness, mainly including legal consciousness connotation, characteristics, function and contemporary college students’legal consciousness connotation; and the legal view of the authors of Marxist classics and Marxism of Chinese legal system; Second, the important significance of improving the legal awareness of college students; third, the present situation of contemporary college students’legal consciousness, mainly including the problems of contemporary college students’ legal awareness, for example, the lack of legal knowledge, the weak of legal concept, limited ability of using the law, and so on, and the causes of the problems, main factors include social, school, family and individual; Fourth, in view of the problems existing in contemporary college students’legal consciousness, this article put forward to effectively solve way and method. In short, establishing the contemporary college students’concept of legal system and cultivating college students’legal consciousness need joint efforts of social, school, family and the students themselves, only in this way can the smooth realization of the goal of building a socialist country ruled by law.
