Political And Ideological Education In College Student’s Career Planning

College student’s career planning is a significant measure to promote college student employment. Analyzed students’ subjective and objective conditions, and with a consideration on personal interests, hobbies and characteristics, college student’s career planning helps students set a suitable career objective and action plan. Its spirit and soul is to found a proper employment idea and gain an overall development for students.Political and ideological education means the society or communities affect and guide its members in some way by specific ideas, political views and moral standards. It is to help students form a scientific view of the world and life, and gain an overall development, which is the same to the college student’s career planning.Therefore, combining them together is benefit to the development of students and society. With a nuclear of political and ideological education, and abandon the mode which is only focused on employment, the college student’s career planning could be more effective.Researching on the relationship between college student’s career planning and political and ideological education, the paper discusses on the current situation of political and ideological education in college student’s career planning, and proposes the methods to enhance it.It consists of three parts:The first part introduces related western theories, history and current situation of China’s college student’s career planning. It generalizes the relationship between college student’s career planning and political and ideological education, and discusses on the directive function of political and ideological education in college student’s career planning, which is the basement of the paper.The second part analyzes the current situation, mainly on the progress, problems and reasons of political and ideological education in college student’s career planning. The third part proposes methods, including raising awareness of the interactivity between the two, perfecting the content of political and ideological education in college student’s career planning, reinforce the group construction of teachers, and setting the political and ideological education in college student’s career planning through the whole college life.
