The DanceSport movement to the mid-1980s into China, in China has been the rapid spread and popularity in the mid-1990s in College Physical Education, will be favored by college students. With the State Council’ s decision on deepening education reform and to promote quality education and the University and College Physical Teaching Guidelines "promulgated, the new education reform on the physical courses in the new requirements. Direction of college sports should be "people-oriented fitness, cultural, entertainment, reflecting the healthy and harmonious development in the broader context of universities across the country have also added a sports dance teaching lesson. To keep up with the national school sports to the lifelong sports, fitness and sports, entertainment, sports and mass sports development trends in college physical education is more important goal is to exercise the students to master the science of sports exercise and lifelong sports in college sports dance teachingexercise habits. While the students DanceSport the cognitive process cognitive process is both a response to the results of the school sports dance teaching and learning, college students engaged in the DanceSport exercise science degree and life-long physical exercise habits objective response. Therefore, this research has great practical significance.In this paper, using literature, questionnaire survey, interviews, statistics, law, logic reasoning method, dance cognition and cognitive development of College Students’ Physical Research. Specific research is: ordinary college students DanceSport perception, understanding and with the evaluation of significance of the concept or sense of a cognitive system, reflecting the ordinary college students attitudes toward this movement of the DanceSport; of college students and sports dance all classroom mental activity system. Cognitive test, cognitive tests after the end of the course of DanceSport, sports and dance teacher interview summary, after the statistics and logical analysis, the ordinary college students to learn the the DanceSport special right recognized in the beginning of the College Students’ Physical Dance special learningknown.Teaching effectiveness through the special cognitive development of students to reflect, This paper aims to study of college students DanceSport special cognitive development in the learning process, and strive to starting the development process to analyze the students‘mental activities from the students as the main, to help the DanceSportteachers in teaching to better grasp the students’ learning rule, in order to guide better teaching of sports dance teachers. In this study, by DanceSport special study before and after the survey compared analysis of college students in learning the the DanceSport special cognitive development following: an ordinary college students the DanceSport special cognitive differences; two ordinary college students DanceSport special cognitivedevelopment imbalances; understanding of differences of the three different projects to different requirements of DanceSport teachers.
