With the promulgation of the national long-term development framework, and the State due to the rapid economic development to increase investment in education, Teachers Colleges student funding to break the million mark, making part of the Higher Educational input has been significant growth in the experimental teaching conditionsgreatly improved. Western provincial colleges and universities in recent years through active application of the special funds of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, the central support for local development of special, the quality of university teaching project, a national demonstration center construction projects, characteristics and advantages of discipline construction projects and other ways to fight the construction funds enrollment scale year by year, in the case of multi-campus construction and operation of the construction of the new campus has also led to new experimental site improvement and upgrading of the experimental teaching equipment, of Large Precision instrument and equipment to be implemented into the undergraduate experimental classrooms.Through the related information query, organizing and combining the investigation questionnaire with and interview, the author widely collected the large precise instrument usage situation and the relevant funds’ investment data from Sichuan A University since2005. After the relevant comparison analysis, the author concludes the existing problems in the experimental teaching on the large precise instruments in the universities, namely, inadequate equipment funds for research of teaching and scientific, inadequate arguments before purchasing the large precise instruments, the lagging management system, and the dysfunctional experimental teaching teams. On the basis of the existing problems the author has put forward the following countermeasures to solve these problems:Firstly, according to the actual demands, the universities should change the existing mode of funds investment. Secondly, on the basis of the network technology development, the universities may build up a new open platform. Thirdly, with the goal of experimental teaching reform, the universities build up the new team for teachers. The author gets the enlightenment on the usge and management of the large precise instrument from the other colleges and universities and probes into the source of the problems.
