Abstract:Along with the advance of society, Chinese information technology education is confronting a comprehensive situation of several aspects:the fast development of information technology, the persistent update of PC operating system and application software, and the closer connection between primary school and middle school in information technology education field. The researcher believes that cartoon making course shall be introduced into current information technology education of primary school. This thesis researches on the feasibility of this thinking and how to practice it.Firstly the education objectives of cartoon making course are presumed; then the education plans and training materials are drafted based on these objectives; finally the researcher plots the corresponding practice contents. After analyzing the feedback gotten from this time of education practice and the aftermath summary of interested teacher, this thesis sums up the experiences and problems of cartoon making course.The meaning of the thesis lies in four aspects:1) First, to prove through practice that introducing cartoon making course into information technology education of primary school is feasible; 2) Second, to draft the realizable cartoon making course objectives;3) Third, to compile a set of material on cartoon making course;4) Fourth, to reveal related training experiences and the problems to be avoided.
