Culture plays an enduring effect in personnel training. University, as a kind ofcultural production naturally has the mission above on. University culture is thereason for the university why always young and the nutrients personnel training. Tomodel outstanding university culture and training excellent talents is the everlastingpursuit to the university. When university culture is still growing, the researchersgradually began to shrink to more micro field to explore and construct it.The secondary colleges in the university are important parts of organizationalstructure, important bases on talent training also the subject of the university culturalconstruction. China began to set up the college system management gradually from1950s, colleges as young organizations are improving, so construct college culture tothe colleges must be essential. Generally, colleges in the university are setting up intoindividual units according to the same level or similar subject as a basis and is directlyand realistic life field to the students, the culture where come into being from the reallife field is an integration to the group who study and work in their college having thedifferent spirit concept, way of thinking and behavior. The culture is both collegemajor characteristic and an outlook of mental explicit so that exert a subtle influenceon personnel training. College culture as a sub-culture of university culture naturallyaffects by the influence of the university culture during its construction process, at thesame time it has directly reaction to the construction, orientation, consequence ofuniversity culture.This study will takes a young and excellent college as a study case throughquestionnaire and interview of the group members, to point out the unique of itsculture from the micro perspective, and analyzes how the specific college culture takeefforts in personnel cultivation so that summed up the college in cultural constructionstrategy.This study is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is a brief introductionabout the background, significance of college culture, researching thoughts andmethods are also discussed. The second chapter is an overview of college culture,introduces the key conceptions and its internal structure, and discusses thecharacteristic of college culture, the content of the college culture construction. In thethird chapter discusses the college culture’s action mechanism and characteristics. Thefourth chapter takes School of Inter-cultural in Jiangxi normal university as a case; introduce the school-running idea, refine the specific cultural and sum up theachievements of the students’ work, investigate how the specific culture affects theirstudents. The fifth chapter concludes beneficial strategy about college cultureconstruction.
