The paper intends to explore the manual training instructional theory and practice theory on the basis of the education theory. And the author tries to analyze and reflect the status of the rural secondary school manual teaching mode, to identify areas for improvements, suggestions and solving strategies, and applied to teaching practice, to promote the improvement and development of rural secondary school manual classroom Teaching. In a rural middle school art class, local art resources can be developed and utilized, and then they can develop school-based teaching materials to make the manual teaching go smoothly and provise some new ideas for art education in rural secondary schools. It will provide a typical case for effective development of the rural middle school art class and explore the teaching mode of the manual training class. The author attempts to change the concept of education of rural middle school art teacher, improve the teaching ability of the art teachers, and provide strategic advice to a better manual class.In the context of art education in rural secondary schools, the paper attempts to study the general educational theory and explore teaching theory, stauts quo and problems (including the status of the philosophy, principles, patterns) of the manual traning class and the combination of the teaching theory and teaching practice. It aims to construct a teaching system for the rural secondary school art education and finds out a new way for the integrated development of therural secondary school students.The paper has five chapters and a conclusions.
