| Throughout history, skill transfer has always been a topic which was concerned bythe educationalists. However, in the process of promoting skill transfer, are difficult tocreate the skill transfer situation and lacking of skill transfer methods are still theshortages in traditional training. Aim at these shortages, Virtual reality technologywhich can avoid the shortage in tradition training with advantages in easily constructingskill transfer situation and variety of the means in skill transfer training. Therefore, thepromotion strategies for skill transfer in VR environment is a very significant research.This paper aims at the problems of skill transfer system and skill transfer strategiesin VR environment, studies on the influence factors of skill transfer-situation with theskill transfer theory, skill transfer model based on skill transfer theory and teachingmodel for professional skill transfer theory as the theory basis of construction strategy.Considering the intellectual skills transfer, particularity of VR environment factors,creating question situation strategy, situation recognition strategy and situation rethinkstrategy are constructed as the promoting strategies for skill transfer in VR environment.Then, designing and developing the dangerous chemicals system, demonstrated therealization of system and strategies. Finally, the system is evaluated and the validity ofstrategies is verified by survey and development of teaching experiment. |
