With the fast development of economy in our country, the scale of collegesexpands continually. Therefore, the population of graduates is growing accordinglyeach year. These factors bring higher pressure for the vocational college graduates, whose degree doesn’t have advantages in the first place. In order to alleviate theemployment pressure of the vocational college graduates and enhance theiremployment competitive power, we have done a series of investigations and studies, which prove that the employers require good professional ethics as well asprofessional competence. Now, some vocational colleges mainly focus on the expanseof the school scale, enhancement of hardware facility, professional construction andthe like. Their research on students’ professional ethics is far from enough. Somestudents even think that learning the professional skills is most important and theoccupational ethics have little influence on getting a job. In view of abovephenomenon, the vocational students as well as colleges should pay more attention todeveloping the professional ethics and therefore improve their employmentcompetitiveness.
