| The environment of swimming teaching resulted swim hastwo main characteristics or difficult: First, there is a high risk ofteaching in the water environment and teaching may be disturbed by loudnoises from the water and echo. therefore there is a huge "auditoryinterference "in swimming teaching.Second, body posture and directionof movement is completely different from the land, change the body asprone or supine position, therefore there is a huge " visualinterference". In the beginning stage of swimming learning, not everystudent could accurately understand the teacher’s dictation theory,student couldn’t exactly imitate the teacher’s technical movement.Students find it difficult to correct their mistakes and they almostthrough the "proprioception" to master the technical movements. As aresult, the slow progress of student learning. At the same time, theteacher feels great pressure and difficult to demonstration themovements and explain. All these factors result in low efficiency andbad effect in teaching. Therefore, solve the "visual interference" and"auditory interference" is very important and of much practicalsignificance to improve teaching effect.In this study we used documentary analysis, experimental,comparative, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics, logicalanalysis and other several research methods.six undergraduate classes(three different majors, three kinds of courses type) as experimentalsubjects. We use digital cameras video technology to conductexperimental teaching, analysis students’ interest in learning, masterthe breaststroke technology ability and the error correction ability.Concluded that:①Digital cameras video technology teaching in swimmingcan make up the defects of traditional swimming teaching method.②Students’ learning interests are enhanced.③Students can quick and easymaster the breaststroke technique.④Students’ error correction abilityis notably improved.⑤Teaching effectiveness is significantly improved.Recommendations for the experiment and results:①On the premise of doesn’t affect the teaching process, the teacher should correctly graspshooting’s right time, proper angle and appropriate times of playingvideos.②Correctly handle the Privacy and Portrait rights of students.③Recommended promotion and use digital cameras video technologyteaching method which can make swimming teaching highly efficient, easyto operate. |
