College students in contemporary Chinese society is a special and important groups, and for the future of China has extraordinary significance, therefore, further study of the present situation of college students’ law education and development planning gain and loss, is a big pressing and rich practical significance of subject. Law education is to develop the university students good legal quality and improve their legal consciousness, enhance the effective way of the conception of rule, paying attention to the rule of law education for college students to accelerate the process of law has the important practical significance.This paper stated the college students in the necessity and importance of rule by law education, after three parts to university students education law were briefly reviewed in this paper. This paper expounds the first part of the college students’ education of the rule of basic theory.
