The low level of employee loyalty, frequent employee turnover, poor stability of teacher group are urgent problems the independent colleges have to face in its rapid development. This dissertation mainly analyses the modes of spiritual stimulation used by four independent colleges by the way of questionnaire designed by the author. The analysis of the answers of the questionnaire shows that, the spiritual incentive includes three dimension:"participation incentive perception","growth and development incentives perception" and "honor and promotion incentives perception". A comparison the different degrees of independent college staffs incentive perception shows that, staffs perceptions vary with demographic variables, such as gender, marital status, age, educational background, working life, yearly income situation, working position. Through the perfect participation encouragement, authorized motivation, communication incentive three spiritual incentive way, take effective measures to improve the staff in the school management decision-making of participation, create good communication channels, to enhance the employees involved in the incentive perception of purpose The implementation of the fairness principles, comprehensive evaluation principle and distribution-by work principle is also necessary. Meanwhile, the college should improve the participation-based stimulation, authorized incentive and communicative encouragement to encourage the staff to engage into the decision-making in school affairs and improve their participation incentive perception.Through the offer challenging work, set the goal of feasible, fair and reasonable system of rewards and punishments and rewards difference, widen the career development road, meet the needs of the development of growth and employees and to enhance the growth and development staff incentive perception of purpose.The independent should also create an honor-based and culture-based environment to improve staffs honor and promotion incentives perception.
