Network Platform Project is a project with hightech and high risk, the improvement of risk management can brings huge benefits.This article aims to apply risk management knowledge to Network Platform Project.Based on theoretical research, this article defines the basic concepts such as riskand risk management; investigates the general procedures and methods of projectrisk management, to provide a solid theoretical basis for the whole study. This articletakes Shandong M Company educational multimedia network platform project forexample, discusses the methods and techniques of risk identification, including BrainStorming, Scenario Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis and so on; this article alsosummarizes the problems and deficiencies in the risk management of this project.According to specific project, this article establishes a project risk evaluationindex system, including the selection of project risk assessment indicators and thedetermination of the weight of each indicator. The indicators of project riskassessment are selected by Sum-up&Induction method and Expert Judgment Method;the weights of indicators are determined by the AHP method.Based on the project risk evaluation index system, this article uses FuzzyComprehensive Evaluation to make a objective evaluation of the risks in this project;through analysis, the main risks facing the project and the monitoring points whichneed to strengthen in the future risk management are pointed. Besides, the study alsoputs forward the corresponding risk management strategies.Finally, a summary of the study is given, the main work of this study issummarized; the limitations of this study are also pointed out. In short, this study cancontribute Shandong M Company to raise the level of project risk management,provide a reference for similar projects with some practical significance and value. |
