The Study On The Three Dimensional School-based Teaching Research Under The IT Environment

As a new research method, School-based educational research to improve As anew research method, School-based educational research has a positive effect toimprove the teachers’ teaching level and professional development, so it obtainsmuch attention from primary schools. However, with the deepening of newcurriculum reform, Some deficiencies of school-based teaching research in thecontent and the form appeared gradually. As information technology improvesrapidly, profound changes will take places in school-based teaching research.Therefore, it is necessary to explore how to create a system of three-dimensionalschool-based teaching practice under IT environment.This study, by analyzing the current status of school-based teaching research,finds the problems. Based on the needs of school-based teaching research, theeducational performance, Dissipative Structure Theory as well as the max benefitsprinciple, the study proposes the model of three dimensionalschool-based teachingresearch under the IT environment. According the model, this study designs athree-dimensional school-based activities practice process based on a platform ofschool-based teaching research, taking example for design center. At the end, this study,through applications and case studies, designs activities practice process of threedimensional school-based teaching research, takes case analysis.This study shows that three dimensional school-based teaching research underthe IT environment has a good feasibility. It, together with self-reflection, peersupport and professional guidance, can make up the insufficient and contribute toteachers’ professional development. Meanwhile, the overall quality ofteaching in schools can be promoted.
