Web-based College Teaching Resources Design

Along with the development of the globalization knowledge economy society and the updating of computer network technology, the way of study in people's life has had the very big transformation, and the society set a higher request to the cultivation of the person with ability. As the important base of personnel training, Universities have invested a lot on building new teaching resources. How to build better three-dimensional teaching resources, how to put the three-dimensional teaching resources into use, and how can the construction of Teaching Resources have reached its maximum value in use,which is the focus of this paper.Firstly, from the current analysis of network resources building status, we can understand the advantages and disadvantages of construction of educational resources,the principle draw here is the " Take its advantages ,avoid its defects in the construction of a resource " .Secondly, descripting the main concepts and theories is aiming for lay a theoretical foundation for the future of Teaching Resources Web platform. Then descripting the feasibility of implementation platform from the technical aspects , designed and constructed three-dimensional network-based teaching resources combined with "Basic Computer" course ,In the construction of three-dimensional architecture of teaching resources,firstly analysis the characteristic of learner, then design its relevant function module. Finally the paper summarizes and prospects the shortcomings of the study,as well as to make constructive suggestion for later study.Based on the network teaching resources of university three-dimensional design research has important significance, from sight is to universities adapt to the new curriculum reform, to adapt to the development of education information ineligible. But in the long run, three-dimensional teaching resources website construction has the vital significance for the development of information society, new technology and new thought development, training independent personality and team cooperation spirit of high-quality personnel also.
