Now the English teaching of primary school developed, the ultimate goal is to cultivate students’comprehensive ability of using language. The new curriculum reform is focus on the teaching goal and content by the way of adjustment, it’s help students to change the original simple study method of acceptance, to develop the effective learning at the same time, form the active search, and the importance of practical problem solving in active learning methods. This approach requires students to hold the basic knowledge and good at English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, cultivating students observation, memory, thinking, and innovation ability in many aspects. In this paper, taking Chengdu Experimental Primary School as an example, from the practice angle, exploring the theory of multiple intelligences.to get to know the style and action, make teachers realized that the process of teaching, adopting diversified ways of setting situation, improve the efficiency of English teaching at present is a very important way. By the theory of multiple intelligences, English teaching can develop students’ potential, mobilize every student’s different intelligence, made them to take part in language learning better.
