Folk music resources, refers to the different areas across the country, each nation spreads in the folk, traditional, various styles of music form rich education value, can be changed into education programs or services in education curriculum materials. Folk music resources in early childhood music education activities in the development and utilization, can not only enrich children’s national emotion, also can extend well kindergarten music education content and help children to experience the different national culture and art charm.On the current research, educators, although in practice summarizes the national folk music in the music education in the kindergarten in the application of the number of ways and methods, based on the local community education activities, but still has following disadvantages:1deficiency on the local folk music resources system and effective consolidation;2pairs of specific national folk music the lack of in-depth analysis;3on the folk music resources in kindergartens of various types of music activity organization strategies lack of details of the study.Through the practice, the material selection should follow the principles:1, education and typical;2, suitability and inheritance;3, extensive and comprehensive. Based on the local resources on the basis of, from the many outstanding folk music works, selected and extracted in each age class of Kindergarten Based module library, including34for2-6years old children’s singing activities, appreciation, dance and music play music. Summed up four types of activities in the application of folk music material breakthrough points:1, folk songs, nursery rhymes in singing activity in the adaptation and application;2, the appreciation of how to solve the" children’s understanding of problem;3, national folk dance teaching should follow the collective awareness-feel-try-action-creation of the basic law;4, rhythmic activity in the music selection and processing. Finally, the teachers’ educational wisdom in folk music resource effect are analyzed and discussed.
