As putting forward in16th national congress of the Communist Party ofChina,Build socialism harmony society is one of goals to build entire well-off society ofChina at first20years of the century and highest ideal of the Communist Party andPeople.The great task forour Party to build entire well-off society,Inaugurate new phaseof socialism with Chinesecharacteristics.The central Communist Party put forward wewill build a harmony societywhich is democracy and governed by law,fair andjustice,full of energetic,steady andsequence,human and nature live together inharmony,So harmony society should base onjustified system,reasonable structure,entiredevelopment of human being.So morality play aimportant role of building harmonysociety.As core of society development,The mostpowerful force is people,Not only forconstructing harmony society of mobility but also is the base and goal of constructingharmony society.It is necessary to build morality in harmony society.The group of only child university students is special and becoming bigger andbigger. With the development of living standard, a special method should be used tocultivate their personalities. In modern society, where material life and spiritual life isbecoming rich and complex, more attention should be paid to the quality and personalityeducation of university students. The reasons why I choose only child universitystudents as object of study are as follows: firstly, they are a symbolic group in today’ssociety and the future; then, their excellent family environment and the trend result inpersonality distortions and variation partially, and cause lots of social problems. And thisphenomenon deserves our contemplation and study. Last, they also are the builders ofour future. Therefore, the study on the syntonic personality cultivation of only childuniversity students is necessary and urgent.This paper includes six chapters. Chapter one is a brief introduction. Chapter twodefines the personality and syntonic personality from various aspects and lays a stress onthe analysis of the idea “syntonic personality”. Chapter three tries to list the unfavorablefactors in the process of cultivating the syntonic personalities of only child universitystudents and tries to discuss on the reason that leads to this phenomenon. It aims toemphasize the importance of syntonic personality cultivation for only child universitystudents. Chapter four puts forward the topic, that is, how to cultivate syntonicpersonality of this special group. Chapter five is a conclusion and some advice for thisproblem based on the former chapters. Chapter six puts emphasis on the analysis of syntonic personality cultivation methods.This paper treats syntonic personality as the basic topic and only child universitystudents as the object of study. Through the author’s analysis and discussion, it intends toemphsize that the theories should be the guideline for the personality cultivation, esp.,the only child university students and they should pay attention to their moral cultureand the development of their own skills based on the reality and the cultural background.What’s more, they should implement policies and regulations and strengthenself-construction to come true human harmony and society sustainable development.
