The relationship between Secondary vocational education and economic development is an important issue, only they achieve an ideal state can they serve economic construction in the context of vigorous vocational education development. The general external education laws was the principle of the relationship between secondary vocational education and economic. The development of secondary vocational education patterns on the process of economic development was mainly quantified. The representation of economic indicators was determined as GDP per capita, the scale, structure, resources and transition of secondary vocational education. The the scale and quality was identified as the main perspective of quantitative analysis. And the secondary vocational education students at school per10million people was selected as a scale indicator. The indicators of per student, professional structure, student-teacher ratio was put as the representative of the quality of education indicators.By selecte provincial and city-field samples of every indicators to analysis, the relationship between GDP per capita and various representative indicators of secondary vocational education in scale and quality was figured out.The part of secondary vocational education scale,by selecting the12samples and two cities of Zhejiang Province, analysised the relationship between per capita GDP and education scale. The results show that,under20,000yuan GDP per capita, the scale of intensity of secondary vocational education and GDP per capita showed a significant positive correlation, and showed phase characteristics, that under13,000yuan GDP per capita, the growth rate of the the two was essentially flat; in the stage of13,000yuan to20,000yuan GDP per capita, the growth rate of intensity is lower than the growth rate of GDP per capita. When GDP per capita reached20,000yuan,the scale of intensity and GDP per capita showed no significant correlation, the scale of intensity gradually reached0.4, and was basically at a steady state. The part of secondary vocational education resources per student,by selecting the12samples,analysised the relationship between per capita GDP and education resources per student. The results show that,in the phase of lower than6000yuan GDP per capita, the student funding for education index is at a higher level-around0.4, the value will vary by region policy emphasis; in6000yuan to20,000yuan GDP per capita stage, the index showed gradual decline; when reached20,000yuan GDP per capita, the index gradually stabilized, and its value is around0.3. the impact of GDP per capita to Student-teacher ratio is much smaller than the size of students; the level of building area per student and fixed assets per student show that the higher GDP per capita the better of the level. The part of secondary vocational education Structural,by analysis the adaptability of professional structure and industrial structure,to find the indirect relationship between GDP per capita, through macro-and micro-case analysis of the data showed that,in secondary vocational education professional specialty, the proportion of tertiary industry is much higher than the second industry and the first industry specialty; to a certain level of economic development, the upgrading of industry brings the first and secondary industry need more personnel service, and thus indirectly promote secondary vocational education specialty need tertiary industry employment; the adaption of industry and professional structure should not only from the proportion of industry point, also should be affiliated with industry real part of the job analysis. The part of secondary vocational education transition rates,by analysis the data of the South Korea and Taiwan, finding that, with economic growth, in the phase of GDP per capita10thousands or less, secondary vocational education transition rate is under20%level, when GDP per capita over100thousands,the transition rate gradually increased, secondary vocational education begin to transform from employment-oriented to studies oriented,so that the students could receive high-skills training and learning. |
