The education sector into a time of great change because the quality of educationto be fully implemented in our country in the20th century late.It is start explorationand reform corresponding in the moral education areas. But the Chinese spiritualworld crises arise in the process of social transformation in China. These made peoplerealize that moral education still faces a difficult—Effectiveness is poor in moraleducation. For many years, we made various meaningful explore surrounding theeffectiveness of moral education from the central to local, from theorists topractitioners. In the new century, the concept of Sansheng Education be paid attentionto do in the moral education areas which the process of China continues to promotethe moral education reform. Moral education finally found the problem. This is that"Sansheng Education" is missing in the moral education.It must be "Sansheng Education" resides in practice if the "Sansei education" toplay its moral education function and enhance effectiveness of moral education。First,It describes the historical context of moral education practice theory from Aristotle,Kant, Hegel, Feuerbach to Marx in my paper. Then analyzes the course of "SanshengEducation" and the status of moral practice in "Sansheng Education" and Pointed outthat the building moral education practice system of "Sansei education" is significant.Moral education practice is not a specific practice in "Sansheng Education". That is acomplete system include practical content, means, methods, evaluation,and so on. Wemust take it as a systems engineering and build moral education practice system thatis full participation, full position, whole processd.Moral practice is actively interactive process to students. This is not only aconcrete manifestation of Chinese education route, a necessary requirement to"Sansheng Education", but also an effective achieve way to moral education. It allowsus fundamentally to re-examine the students conditions of life, survival and living, toreflect the contradictions of "Sansheng Education" value and "Sansheng Education"missing in the modern moral education. Construction of moral education system is theeffective means to promote combination of theory and practice and improve theeffectiveness of of moral education.
