It has a reference value for mannagement that to research university teachers-school fit. university teachers-school fit can be divided into "university teachers-school consistency fit" and "university teachers-school complementary fit" which, include requirement(school)-capability (university teachers) fit and demand(universiy teachers)-supply(school) fit. In the survey,the researcher establishes "the questionnaire of University teachers-school fit" based on the investigate measuring that the researcher worked out, and selected300university teachers of a key university in Hunan Province.Through observing the current university teachers-school fit, the reseacher presume the status of university teachers-school ideal fit.Results of the survey show that university teachers-school fit would importantly impact the job of happiness, fatigue and trouble, effort and investment, efficiency and performance, satisfaction and loyalty, the researcher proposed and verified that university teachers-school fit is not very appropriate,such as, consistency fit, requirement-capability fit and demand-supply fit. as the following reasons, consistency complementary fit: It can’t meet teachers’expectancy.Especially,the school climate, promotion and evaluation,school-running ideas;requirement-capability complementary fit:It can’t meet the demand of school.specially, the knowledge of profession,the ability of teaching and scientific research, teachers’ responsibility and dedication spirit, less harmonious relationships among teachers; demand-supply complementary fit:we must solve some problems, especially, we how to consider teachers’personality, interest and hobby,to pay attention to meet the needs of teachers, to provide opportunities for teachers,to give emotional concern and humanities concern to teachers, we can’t afford teacher’s sufficient freedom and autonomy of teaching and scientific research;By the following trategies for enhancing university teachers-university fit:Firstly,we should create a atmosphere of democratic and innovation, perfect the system of promotion and evaluation, implement human-based administration, establish correct school-running ideas, for enhancing university teachers-school consistent fit;Secondly, teachers should have extensive knowledge, improve the ability of teaching and scientific research, develop a sense of responsibility and dedication spirit, teachers are strive to establish harmonious interpersonal relationship, for improving university demand-the ability of University teachers fit; Thirdly,we should fully consider teachers’personality, interest and hobby, we should assign appropriate tasks of teaching and scientific research to teachers, give the freedom and autonomy of teaching and research, meet the teachers’reasonable demands, pay close attention to teachers’emotion and strengthening humanities concern to teachers, provide more opportunities to teachers,for enhancing needs(university teachers)-supply(school) fit.
