Study On Early Warning Of Network Public Opinion Of College Students’ Group Events

Recent years, college students’ group events occurred frequently, and almost allof its happening and development are inseparable from the network, and in someextends, there were network public opinion climax within it. The emergence of groupevents, in some events, would enlarge the affection of things itself. If the departmentconcerned can’t deal with it inappropriately, the events would become group crisis,which would cause conflict between campus and society. Therefore, how to effectivelyprevent the college students’ group events and its network public opinion is not only ahot spot of our current management science field, also a research topic of the work ofanalysis of network.This paper discussed the connotation and characteristics of the early warning ofthe network public opinion of college students’ group events, consisting of focus,diversity, technical sophistication and formal research; and deeply analyzed the role ofthe early warning of the college students’ group events. In order to better understandthe early warning of network public opinion of the college students’ group events, thispaper carried on a detailed analysis to its subject and object. Finally, according to theintegrity of the early warning, this paper presented an early warning system of thenetwork public opinion of college students group events, including monitoringsubsystem, pooling subsystem, analysis subsystem, alarm subsystem, pre-controlsubsystem, and mechanism of the early warning were also analyzed in details,including public opinion surveillance operation mechanism, public opinion collectionoperation mechanism, public opinion analysis of early warning mechanism,operational mechanism, public opinion pre-control operation system. Through theabove research, this paper argued that in order to maintain a good networkenvironment and harmonious society, an effective early warning system of the networkpublic opinion of college students’ group events must be established, in addition, weshould not ignore the management to the system.
