Solve suburban juniormiddle school chemistry classroom teaching problems need to teachers, school, the joint efforts of the students. Teachers to improve quality, main is richknowledge, including rich knowledge, education discipline chemistry disciplineknowledge, training teaching ability, including training theory teaching abilityand experiment teaching ability, teaching cognitive abilities, teaching skills,teaching reflection ability, teaching research ability and the ability to teachstudents in accordance with their aptitude, the school to create conditions,including strengthening the construction of teachers’ team and provide thenecessary teaching resources, the student to study, including learningmotivation and train practice ability.
