As the physical education guiding ideology of "healthfirst" win support among the people, as well as" working regulations ofPE at school" to further carry out and fulfils, together with the ShanghaiMunicipal Education Commission" on Further Strengthening the work ofschool physical education guidance" promulgated and implemented,emphasizing the work of school physical education should bepeople-oriented, facing all students, according to the physical andmental development of students physical education, use scientific methodand method, improve students’ participation in sports activities,interests and hobbies, cultivating students’ lifelong physical exerciseand healthy living habits.Changning District is the city of Shanghai to deepen the reform ofeducation in the first district, Changning District is to create highquality education and work, in order to understand the current situationof physical education teachers in the region, this paper uses literature,questionnaire survey, mathematical analysis and summarization onresearch methods, Changning District middle school physical educationteachers, and teacher ratio, age distribution, degree, title, scientificresearch, training, hours per week, income, the standard of curriculumunderstanding and on the mid-term exam policy understanding,self-compiled questionnaire, and on the results of the survey made usingSPSS16.0statistical analysis a conclusion is drawn: Changning Districtmiddle school PE teachers’ academic standard rate of95.5%; ChangningDistrict middle school PE Teachers’ scientific research ability toimprove the physical education teachers; Changning District, the incomein the lower level, leading to the PE teacher to income satisfactionaccounted for78.1%, of which no satisfactory reason is the teacher thatincome and their pay out of proportion accounted for38.1%; think theschool assignment unfair policies accounted for23.8%; that low income,not maintain minimum life accounted for20.6%; think school than otherlow income accounted for17.5%. So, stability of PE teachers, a pressingmatter of the moment is to improve the physical education teachers’ pay;district education department should also be restored to provide and theproper increase of PE Teachers’ field operation cost; Changning Districtmiddle school has nearly30%teachers have diverted the will, this isteachers’ unstable factors, there are professional sports on age andgender the requirements are relatively high, but the income not satisfiedmay is one of the important reasons; Changning District middle schoolPE teachers in30years old the following teachers accounted for26.4%,close to three, the young teachers have the energy, vitality, physicaleducation teachers are the new force, but at the same time they have theexperience of being insufficient, business is not good the weaknesses,to strengthen young teachers’ training, so that they can quickly becomea business backbone, is the current important task.In view of the above findings, article from strengthen the ChangningDistrict physical education teachers’ scientific research ability toincrease grassroots teachers, especially young teachers instruction andtraining, as well as the grassroots sports teachers also need to enhancethe operational capacity of self, strengthen the school sports value isupdated with current educational concept, put forward the developmentcountermeasures and suggestions.
