But there are some shortcomings in service institutions such as low service level and bad quality of service. So if we can make the social workers do their job in elder service institutions. The roles what they act would change the present situation of the pension. They can be a positive force to improve the pension work of our country. This paper uses case studies, a thorough exploration of specific pension institutions, should assume the role of the social workers in the aged, and can play the proposed role of social workers in the aged problems and sort out the solutions to those problems.
