Humanistic quality education is through various forms and channels,the humanities knowledge into students’inner quality of a philosophy of education. Higher vocational colleges humanities quality education to promote the students’ overall and healthy development,raises the student noble moral sentiment has important significance. With the development of science and technology,the continuous progress of human cibilization,humanistic quality in science and technology innovation is becoming more and more important role.But in developing humane quality education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the process still exist many problems, a lot of occupation college in order to meet the market demand for professional talents, pay attention to student’s professional and technical training and ignore the humane quality education of the students, leading students integrate humanistic quality state nots allow hopefull, the lack of humanistic spirit. In this situation, vocational colleges if do not pay attention to the quality of personnel training, it is difficult to adapt to the needs of economic development.In view of this phenomenon, the auther combines the related achievements at home and abroad, and in the actual investigation on the basis of the study, the humanistic education of vocational college students for analysis, by investigation and analysis, document analysis, comparative rssearch methods. This paper mainly includes four parts of contents:the first part is an introduction, mainly from the research of background, research purpose and meaning, concept definition, research status at home and abroad and so on several aspects to make overview. The second part is the higher vocational colleges to carry out necessity of humanity quality education, mainly from the social and economic development, student personality cultivation, higher vocational education characteristics, social and moral issues and other aspects of its importance. The thid part is the humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges the present situation and the existence question, mainly through a questionnaire survey and interviews and other methods to understand the vocational college students humanistic quality education, according to the different questions in the questionnaire to do concrete analysis. The fourth part is the optimization of the humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges the counterplan research of the system, aiming at the problems discovered in the investigation and with reference to the domestic outside the education of the advanced experience and achievement, put forward the feasibility countermeasure.To make a long story short, strengthening the education of humanistic quality of students in twenty-first-Century is the objectives of higher education science and technology development, is also the inevitable request of building the well-to-do-society.
