Study Of College Student In Medical Insurance Of Hunan Province

With the deepening of economic development and healthy system reform in China, gradually revealing the drawbacks built in1953, that of the college student free medical insurance system can not meet the medical insurance needs of the current population and adapt to the rapid development of today’s economy and society. In the context of the new medical reform, college student medical insurance finally broke the old system of existing public healthy system, establishing the new medical insurance system within the scope of the basic medical insurance of urban residents.This article intends to study the medical problems of college students from the theory of public stuffs and the equalization of public services and welfare pluralism theory, my ideas is as follows:First, point out the key of college student medical system reform. Second, study several important factors to affect the college students of Hunan Province (including government, schools, medical institutions, families, individual students), combined with individual case interviews obtained during operation by the university student healthy insurance problems and shortcomings. Finally, by discussing and analyzing problems, carry out advises and suggestions to promote further university medical and healthy reform.Five colleges get involved in the study. To take a combination of random sampling and stratified sampling, I use the SPSS17.0Chinese version of software for data integration. Carried out a detailed analysis of Hunan Province students and combined with basic medical insurance system of urban residents in the implementation and effectiveness, my conclusion is: Students overall level of medical insurance is subject to the support of government at all levels of students, schools support for students, families support for college students, medical support for students and students own needs and ideas. In a word, the medical insurance for college students is low. In order to improve it, we should establish Student Basic Medical Insurance, Student Commercial Insurance, Student Medical Aids, Student Medical Benefits "Four in One" multi-level medical security system.Chinese national and multi-level social and medical security is gradually formed. Establishing college student medical insurance system to protect student’s health and protection of university students in the basic medical needs has its great significance. Besides, it also has its big importance in survey of college students health insurance、 urban or rural residents medical security system and deepening the medical and health system improvement, achieving the goal of universal basic medical insurance.
