The early1980s, the British Open University Institute of Education Nutall and Clift two first proposed the theory of "developmental evaluation". Through constant practice has proved that the development of evaluation teaching model for traditional teaching has injected new vitality, more active classroom atmosphere, the enthusiasm of students to improve students’creative thinking ability, the effect of teaching is far better than traditional teaching, mode. So development of evaluation of teaching mode is widely used around the world. Chinese teaching process, teachers continue to play a dominant position, the teachers taught how to cope with the contents of the assessment. Under the influence of such long-term oriented education, students’enthusiasm reduce the learning effect is also poor. Our educators are constantly innovative ideas to make the classroom atmosphere is more relaxed and harmonious teaching better. Developmental evaluation of teaching is good for this purpose.In this paper, the literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, experiments, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, research methods, for32hours on the two classes of the Sports Institute of Hunan Normal University,08non-tennis undergraduate tennis teaching experiment, tennis General Course teaching the use of the developmental evaluation of teaching models and the traditional teaching mode control experiment, experiment, we obtained the following conclusions:1.More compared with traditional teaching methods, the development of evaluation teaching model used in Tennis General Course teaching will be more conducive to students to master the specification of technical movements of tennis and tennis theoretical knowledge.2.in the development of evaluation of teaching mode, students become the main body of the classroom to stimulate students to learn the strong interest in the positive interaction between teachers and students interaction more harmonious and relaxed classroom atmosphere to encourage students to experience the joy of learning, and enhance their pioneering and innovative spirit.3.in the teaching mode of the development of evaluation in the classroom using an integrated assessment to enable students to establish more clearly the movement of representation, to deepen their understanding of the details of the action. Help to improve the ability to conduct analysis and evaluation by the students to complete on their own or others actions, thereby enhancing their self or others movement and error correction ability.4.In the development of evaluation of teaching mode, the desire of students to success is more intense, and the attribution of success or failure is due to the proactive direction, has a good role in promoting the individual’s life-long learning habits.5.In the development of evaluation of teaching mode, students to develop the interpersonal ability to appreciate the importance of cooperation to improve social adaptability and a good learning mindset.
