And more and more women get out from family. This changed traditional family structure. A lot of research results also show that father has quite a lot of the originality.The study looked at the parenting idea and rural father parenting actual behavior. It’s object is the rural father and it can help expand the family education field of study, deepening for "paternal involvement" research. From the current research results, the research of father is very little, especially about rural father’s study. So the rural father’s research is an innovation in itself. At the same time, the research can provide rural father a better experience parenting process. Most of the current rural fathers are under the economy pressure. And their education level is poor. In such a case, the study for them is a unique caring, encouraging them to get out of the hard work temporarily, experiencing the happiness of parenting. Besides that, they can feel the achievement experience from the parenting process, enhancing their sense of happiness. And it can help rural father and their children keep good parent-child interaction relationship, let the children to experience more love from his father, giving the child better development in the glory of the father love.This study adopted literature analysis, questionnaire and interview method and collected data from six rural areas of Jiangsu province. The data concluded the father view of the child rearing and paternal involvement in the current situation.The results say that most fathers have great desire in current rural area of Jiangsu province and their view of child rearing are scientific, but most of father’s participation is very limited. A variety of factors cause this. These include fathers’ own factors:the low degree level; the working condition’s restrictions; father’s limited motherhood; father’s unscientific view of the child rearing; father’s limited knowledge of their own role; and at the same time, it also includes the influence factors of children:children’s gender, character status, children’s number, and other members of the family are important. Their supporting attitude and behavior is vital. And the social support’s lack is also the important influence.According to a conclusion, the author puts forward the Suggestions:family members’support; creating a good family atmosphere; the fathers’objective treatment on the child’s condition characteristics; the parenting ascension father confidence in many ways; many more education about the father; giving father more social support; the father’s education and family education of organic integration.
