Accompanied by the introduction of spreading of Western educational ideas and concepts, Modern China had embarked on the true meaning of "rural education" road in the specific times and environmental impact. To the widespread concern of the Republic of China, intellectuals made rural education to obtain a sufficient space for development, and it was very popular in the1920s and1930s. In rural education researchers, practitioners with the development of rural education continued to emerge, eventually converging to a special group of the Republic of China-rural education research group. They were based on their academic background, the environment and other factors, a clear and different research interests, with different research methods, commence on rural education in-depth, detailed, thorough research, the results obtained will eventually be used in practice, in order to produce a wide range of social influence. It is proved that their efforts receive a certain effect. Therefore, the Republic of rural education research groups both in education and the history of the development, had a major contribution to the history of academic development. So this study has a sense of academic value.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is analyzing the formation of the discourse system of the modern rural education and the development of the modern rural education trend, revealing the period of the republic of rural education with research groups of the features of The Times by macroeconomic perspective; The second part is analyzing the basic elements such as the regional structure, education structure and internal relationships, and revealing the basic source and the constitution; The third part is recurring this group’s research public space, including the hidden space (schools and groups) and dominant space (public media); The fourth part is revealing the content and characteristics of academic interests; The fifth part is introducing rural the choice of research methods, including literature, questionnaire and experimental method, and pointing out special function ofthese methods in rural education research. This study attempts to reveal the links between the Republic of China rural education research groups and all sectors of society. Through the analysis of the Republic of rural education research groups, it can form a relatively complete for this group cognition, highlighting the group in the history of the Republic of education special position. This study tries to reveal the groups of general situation, such as geopolitical relations, knowledge, background, space and other basic information, but also tries to reveal the concerns of rural education research, the tendency of the purport of the formation of the theory, use method, the impact, as well as the inherent value of the times.
