The reform of new curriculum standard gives heavy research mission to middle school classroom teaching management. In the face of the world education development situation, we must absorb the middle school classroom teaching management of advanced concepts, create a new classroom teaching management mode and actively promote the improvement of teaching quality in classroom of middle school. In the classroom, we should pay attention to the dignity of students, life, wisdom and personality, advocating democracy and harmony, let the student obtain physical and mental potential of the common development, and maximize the teachers’classroom teaching energy(?), improving teachers classroom teaching comprehensive ability, teaching benefits teachers as well as students, and students to build effective teaching environment.This paper studies mainly using literature method and comparative research method. In the retrieval of a large number of documents on the basis of reference, researchers at home and abroad related outcomes, study on middle school classroom management using project management theory; comparative analysis under the new curriculum standard teaching mode and traditional teaching mode in the middle school classroom teaching management mode.On the basis of previous studies, this paper attempts to apply the project management to the classroom teaching management. Based on the theory of project management, forming the middle school under the new curriculum standard teaching management pattern, makes research about classroom teaching management are more comprehensive, more meticulous, more practical value. This paper studies the academic value basically has:(1) through the use of management science, psychology, the theory of project management to guide the middle school classroom teaching management, in-depth study, enrich classroom teaching management theoretical research and to guide specific classroom teaching management practice.(2) in the classroom teaching management and project management theory, discusses a series of effective classroom management strategies, promoting a predetermined teaching goal smoothly, effectively and improve the classroom teaching quality.(3) in the analysis of classroom teaching management in the existing problems and their root is proposed on the basis of based on the theory of project management in Middle School under the new curriculum standard teaching management pattern.
