Requirement of modern education is to return to people, grasp the process of students’ study, understand the students’ thoughts and feelings, and promote their comprehensive development.For the present, due to many kinds of factors, the effect of moral education in junior middle school is not optimistic. An important reason for that is the lack of the teacher’s and student’s emotional docking, lack of awareness, experience, the ability of response and express students’ sense, which largely affects the students’ understanding and recognition of teachers, classroom, knowledge.Empathy is the understanding of a person with the ability to respond to the unique experience of others. It can help teachers understand the students, care for themselives, and enhance classroom teaching ability, and build a good teacher-student relationship, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and moral education, and promote the personal growth of students. Through field research, interviews, literature analysis, the paper analizes the existing problems of empathy use in junior middle school,discusses the cause of the problem, try to make a specific strategy for the junior high ideological and moral education of empathy.In addition to the introduction, the text has four parts:In the perspective of empathy,the first part analyzes the practical needs of the junior middle ideological and moral education.Based on the investigation data and interview results, the second part reveals the lack of empathy in teachers’ concept, teacher-student interactions, teachers’ actual use, ideological and moral lesson. From both subjective and objective aspects, the third part try to find the cause of the problem of empathy application.The fourth part is divided into five aspects to give strategy.they are about the teaching objectives, the educational environment, teachers’ empathy literacy, students’ empathy education, and the junior class of morality education,which to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and moral education.
