Thereby，strengthening the researchon the internet carriers is a important project on Ideological and Political education. onthe college ideological and political education，how to handle the opportunities andchallenges of internet，to exert the internet carrier’s advantage，to advance the collegestudent ideological and political education effects，has been one of the ideological andpolitical education workers’ focus.This paper is based on analyzing the related questions and guided by the Marxisttheory，it discusses the meaning，character and function of the internet carriers ofideological and political education，and it analyzes the construction status quo of thecollege student ideological and political education，and the countermeasures.
