Worldwide rapid development of distance education, since the late twentieth Century, theInternet has become a means of teaching, then online teaching has gradually become the most popular inthe field of education, one of the fastest development of new teaching mode of transmission. With thecomputer and communication of the new media, the extensive application of new technologies for thedevelopment of distance education has brought new opportunities, web based distance learning with itsunique advantage became a distance learning is the main mode. Network distance education learning as away of learning, has been widely accepted, for network learning of research was carried out step by step,but because of the particularity of the network learning, network learning evaluation research is rare,however, network learning evaluation is impact of network learning effect is one of the important factors.Network learning environment in the network learning plays an important role in the current onlinelearning communities, reflects the new situation of network learning environment, learning community isthe learners around a common interest in learning, to mutual cooperation way to complete the task oflearning community. Network learning community makes it have more space to play, as a new way oflearning more and more accepted by the people. The studies have gradually become the focus ofeducational research. In the network learning community, the learner is the subject of study, networklearning platform is just a tool, in the network learning community in our evaluation should pay moreattention to learners and learners’ interaction and learning performance. We hope to be able to use theexisting research methods and network learning platform for the corresponding research.Learning performance is a vital factor to learning, learning performance evaluation is animportant part of research learning performance, it is to describe or judgment of learning situation, in orderto find out the gap between expectations and learning. In order to find the problem, is to make the remoteteaching work of continuous improvement, and constantly improve the need. Network learning communityas to improve learning platform based on it, learning effect, the lack of the corresponding evaluation system.The present study through the literature review, investigation and analysis, social network analysis and other research methods in current network environment, network learning characteristics were investigated,analyzed and summed up some factors influencing the network learning. And on this basis, discussed thecurrent popular network study evaluation model, tentatively established a virtual network learningevaluation platform. At the same time, this research will study performance assessment as an importantcomponent of the evaluation of network learning, the new network learning evaluation model by theory andpractice in the field of. Theory level put forward the typical performance evaluation model of Kirkpatrickevaluation system and ADDIE teaching model combining network study evaluation model, applicationlevel try to design a virtual environment evaluation in network learning platform, the specific module and aframework for analysis.Research shows that, the main factors influencing the network learning network learning,network learning environment, learners will and network teaching quality，while the evaluation systemsuitable for network environment including: Electronic folder, self and mutual assessment,performance evaluation of e-learning, and so on. The evaluation system under the network environment inan interactive, autonomy should be strengthened. In this study, the use of social network analysis in thestudy of influencing factors on the network，and increase the study conclusion more credible. At the sametime this research initially established a network learning evaluation model based on online platforms.
