With the advance of social development and the new curriculum reform, historicalgroup cooperative learning, whose main purpose is to encourage cooperative learningand to promote exchanges between students and common development and thepromotion of teachers and students both teaching and learning becomes an importantway of teaching and learning. With student awareness as its core, this way of teachingand learning whose ultimate goal is to make students learn how to learn give toppriority to the development of students. Only by achieving this target, groupcooperative learning is considered effective. With the expanding and deepening of thegroup cooperative learning, a lot of problems such as inefficiency and formalismexposed so that the group cooperative learning can not fully play its role. The purposeof this thesis is to explore the conditions, strategies and measures of groupcooperative learning in order to improve its effectiveness and to overcome itsinefficiency.In order to promote the efficiency of the cooperation, teachers should enhance theliteracy of their cooperation, improve the conditions for cooperation, strengthen theco-construction and management of the group, and develop students’ sense ofcooperation and capacity continuously. At the same time, in the process ofcooperation, teachers should capture the timing of the live group cooperative learning,select and explore the entry point of the group cooperation, provide sufficient time forstudents and explore a reasonable evaluation of group work in order to stimulatestudents’ interest in actively participating in the inquiry. As a result, the problems ofcooperative inquiry become more valuable. In seeking the factors of how to improvethe effectiveness of the cooperation learning, teachers must give full play in exploringtheir dominant position, identify clearly these problems such as when and how tocooperate and how to manage, how to evaluate the process of the cooperation of thestudents. In the end, group cooperation learning become an efficient, successful andcost-effective exploration process. Of course, the study on how to explore theeffectiveness of Cooperative Learning successfully requires a long process. |
