Application of multi-media courseware is to present a universalteaching method of classroom teaching. Based primarily on teachingcontents of teachers to design it. In classroom teaching, most of thecontent hosted on multi-media courseware with teachers to explain, fromwhich students access to knowledge. Therefore, how to design multimediacourseware for teaching as well as close ties to student learning in theclassroom. Multimedia courseware design of much more common at this stagefocus on integrated and compact nature of the information. Use as ateaching tool for teachers as much as possible in the limited time mostcurriculum content in the form of written symbols to convey to students,but is not concerned about the hidden value in Visual language teachingcourseware. Present situation and future development of multimediacourseware, should not stay in merely convenience and richness ofinformation, but to go further with more scientific and effective methodsto improve the teaching quality, so as to promote the efficiency of theteaching-learning. This teaching means on the art of classroom teachingin primary schools also have an equally important role. This article forthe art classroom teaching situation of primary school children’spsychological characteristics of visual perception, combined with thepsychology of visual perception and make multimedia courseware design ofthree critical points:1, the Visual design of the page.2. animation andmoving image design.3, color and design. Four principles: principle1,targeted.2, the principle of effectiveness. Principle3, art.4, theprinciple of universality. And from these three designs and set out fourprinciples, combined with the course of elementary school art textbooks,try for page design.
