| Painting teaching behaviors of preschool teachers is the important factor to affect the quality of classroom teaching. So deep study on painting teaching behaviors of preschool teachers theoretically filling the blank of the research for painting teaching behaviors of preschool teachers, is practically good for improving the quality of the painting teaching activities of kindergarten.Based on class observations and home-made observation scale of painting teaching behaviors of preschool teachers, this paper has made observations and analysed datas with SPSS13.0on displaying behavior, Dialogue behavior, random observation and guiding behavior, evaluation behavior, the four different behaviors of teachers’painting teaching. Data results show that the teachers are lack of art of language interpretation and wit of interpretation. In the displaying behavior, inefficiency exits both in questions and responses;in the observation and random guiding behaviors, the teachers’ ability are both at a low level; in the evaluation behaviors, teachers’evaluation methods and content are single.As to the existent problems, this paper offers some recommendations to improve the effective of the painting teaching behavior of kindergarten teachers:promoting the beauty literacy of kindergarten teachers; improving teachers’interpretation ability of painting teaching; improving the effectiveness of the questions and responses; improving the ability of observation and random guidance; implementing the multi-evaluation of the painting; insisting on continuous painting teaching reflection. |
