The activity content of Fuzhou city square dance team is to present the diversification of the trend. Most of the team are belong to the spontaneity of non-profit mass sports organization, relying on a soul teammates to form a stable groups. The scientific nature and effectiveness of content is the main cause of the team lasting development; To strengthen the team culture construction, enhance the cohesive affinity of the participants are the indispensable part of team development. The Fuzhou city square dance training course in a smaller number, training content is too onefold, not forming a complete specialized training system. The rules set of Square dance is still not perfect, the game enthusiasm of participants in square dance is not high enough.
