| The implementation of the academic standard test for high school ideological and political has changed the traditional pattern which using rote as the main learning methods to meet the college entrance examination traditional, and is an effective way for high school students’ political level detection. It is worth mentioning that, taking open book examination has greatly increased the Open feature, flexibility and innovation of examination, and thus become a new step towards quality education. In this paper, a brief analysis of the correctness and necessity of the open book exam is carried out and the remarkable results achieved since the reform of the academic proficiency test is listed. Through a series of questionnaires, we found quite a few drawbacks during the current political and academic level test as well as its negative impact. The founding will provide a basis for the next study and improvement of the high school political and academic level test reform. Combiningabove-mentioned theories and ideological and political teaching practice, taking leadership thinking, teachers, examination system, teaching materials, book in good condition and the related regulatory procedures as the breakthrough point, this paper proposes a number of solutions to reach common progress of both teaching and learning. Ultimately we hope to achieve the true goal of ideological and political course which not score but creative is the object. |
