Recently, college education gradually transits from elite education into universal education. The population of graduate students every single year has been highly increased to500,000. Meanwhile, the global economic downturn and the constitutive contradiction of domestic employment market and other internal and external influence factors all contributed to college students’ employment difficulty as which has became a widespread problem. Solving the college students’ employment difficulty is necessary for state guarantee and became the vital task for improving people’s livelihood. Therefore, study on college students’ employment possesses theoretical and realistic significance.This study, from aspect of psychological capital, by questionnaire for263undergraduate students from a comprehensive university, discusses the influence of psychological capital-including self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience-to college students’ employment. With the foundation of previous research achievements, two specific hypothesizes are proposed. Hypothesis1:psychological capital-including self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience-have a significant influence on obtaining employment opportunities for college students; hypothesis2:psychological capital-including self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience-has a significant effect on quality of college students’ employment. The higher the psychological capital maintained in college students the higher the employment satisfaction-including properties of unit and region, employment income, career prospects,entirety.By the descriptive analysis, establish logistic regression models and multivariate linear regression model, this research led to two conclusions.1:Hope, optimism, resilience of college students have a significant positive influence on gaining employment opportunities.2:Optimistic, resilience of college students has a significant positive effect on the quality of employment.In summary, based on the results of the study, three advices are put forward.1: Develop hope by establishing periodic goals;2:develop optimistic by strengthening the positive attribution,3:develop resilience through guiding student to a correct view, which could improve the competitiveness of college students in employment.This research by drawing psychological capital concept, analysis problem of college students’ employment and prove the hope, optimism, resilience of psychological capital have a significant influence on college students’ employment, which is of certain innovation.
