In2011, Chinas urban population beyond the rural population forthe first time, this marks the urbanization process has entered a newstage, and it also has different influences in all social aspects. In theeducation field, more and more migrant workers children move intoShanghai, study in the public schools. The education is a newproposition, to the teacher is also a new challenge. How to make thesechildren enjoy high quality, balanced educational resources with localstudents, how to let these students combine local education, theschool need actively respond to the concept of integration, the schoolleadership team need to have innovation in thoughts and means, theteachers team need to improve professional skills as well as abilities. Asthe secretaries of the school Chinas Communist Party branch who takecharge of the moral education work, the duty is how to promote theascension of the teaching faculty through their own leadership, where isthe main purpose of the study of this topic as well.Comprehensively using of literature, case analysis, survey,action research and other research methods, the subject explores thecharacterization of the integration of education, secretary ofleadership, analyzes the similarities and differences of principalleadership and the secretary of leadership. The study departure fromthe practical problems faced by school education in the new situation,based on the principle of the school division of functions, follows thepracticeâ†'reflectionâ†'re-practice, focuses on effective strategiesto enhance the secretary of leadership in the integration ofeducational practice. Meanwhile, the thesis sums up individual factorsof the secretary of leadership, education and teaching practice andobjective factors, and raises the corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts: the preface describes the project basis; the research theory value and practical value; thedomestic and foreign research current situation; and reviews theresearch process and methods, expounds the research content anddefined for keywords. The second part specify characterization of thesecretary of the school leadership in the process of integration ofeducational practice. The third part analysis the need to enhance thesecretary of leadership according to the reality of practical significance.Part IV expands the example to analysis and explore the practice ofintegrated education secretary leadership through guidance from theFamily Education, Moral Education Curriculum, harmonious culturalconstruction, construction of teachers professional interaction modellevel. The fifth part is reflective practice, attributed the problem,propose a solution, and outlook connotation of the times of thesecretary of leadership end with the final summary of the full paper.The innovation of this study is to creatively put forward the coreconcept of the "secretary of the leadership" and focus on the empiricalexploration of the division of functions from the secretarys point of viewon the integration of education, enhance the secretary of theleadership strategy,summarizes the breakthrough point, the corecarrier,the connotation, the fundamental point to upgrade the schoolsecretary leadership.
