Student Community in our China has a history of more than one hundred years. In recently half a century the history of the student community is the one that is full of passion, keeps pace with the times, and carries the process of Chinese development. With the coming of the new history, student communities have been gradually released from all kinds of connections with politics to develop with the multiple interests. With the unceasing advancement of educational reform, and on the basic of the comprehensive cultivation of students’over-all quality, the colorful community activities with the features of closing to students’ideology and anterest have influence on the students’many aspects by the unique way. These community activities, a indispensable organic component in middle school campus life, has played an important role in broadening students’knowledge, improving their capability, embodying their personalities, cultivating team spirit, and enriching campus culture in middle school. However, due to the short history of studying student associations, the management of the communities in high school is unbalanced in different local schools, exposing poor management and other problems.The Fourth Middle school of Huarong County has been actively exploring skills to manage the student associations of high school. She has set up community union for self-management and has been advocating the community autonomic activities by self management and self evaluation. In order to stimulate students’ enthusiasm in working for associations, enriching the campus cultural life, and improving the comprehensive quality of students in high school, the managers of the school have made great efforts by actively supporting key clubs, holding the Campus Culture and Art Festival and creating wonderful communities. At the same time, they make the community activities as the incorporation of the teaching schedule and carry on curriculum management and guidance, and they have achieved the certain success. However, because the school is a rural high school that is under the pressure of Gaokao and influenced by rural and conservative thought, there still exists some problems in community management and development. Such as people always weigh the controlling over the management in perception, pay more attention to hinder than to solve in system, and make more emphasize on test than characteristics in evaluation mechanism. Through analyzing these problems, we can know that the restricting factors are the school principle; teachers’guidance and students’participation. Among them, the concept is the fundamental one, teachers’guidance is the forerunner, and the students’participation is the key.Above these are including perceptive factors and problems in management mechanism. Therefore, we must do our best to do a good job in management of students’community according to the national Ministry of education requirements under the basic of further strengthening the education of students’ comprehensive quality.And we must change the management concept of student community in high school and actively guide students to strengthen self management. By improving the guidance in the work of student community in high school and enhancing the supervision of education department on the communities’management behavior, we can promote the healthy development of student associations and standardize the management.The first part of the article is mainly about the background and the practical and theoretical significance of the research. Through the analysis of present situation demonstrated by domestic and foreign research about senior high school community management, the author elaborated the main value to do researches on associations’management in high school. The second part, mainly is studying the some properties and characteristics of current high school community as well as its function. The third part is mainly taken the Fourth Middle school of Huarong County as an example to describe her successful experience in the community management and analyze the causes aiming at the existence the problems and shortcomings. The fourth part is putting forward specific strategies and measures to normal the community management in high school by elaborating the transition of perception in community management and autonomy, institution alization and introducing into community management and other aspects.
