| Gymnastics is the focus and advantage of China’s athletics. It’s among the best in the World Competitive Sports.China’s gymnastics career develops by leaps and has become one of the major items of winning gold medal. In the2008Olympic Games in Beijing, China won14medals, nine gold medals in the gymnastics. Shanxi competitive gymnastics team has also made great achievement in the national competition since it’s built, but in recent years, Shanxi competitive gymnastics’overall strength declines in the national competition.This research uses the methods of literature study, experts interview and logical analysis to deeply study and analysis the coach team and athletes team situation of Shanxi gymnastics and gymnastics teams in several amateur sports school of Shanxi Province. This paper also study the distribution of the first, second and third-line players, as well as the gymnastics training venues and equipment in Prefecture-level cities. The results are as followings:1.Shanxi Competitive Gymnastics is the trend of up-rising and down-falling. Reviewing the achievements of Shanxi competitive gymnastics team, Shanxi Competitive Gymnastics has great development potential.2.Shanxi Province Competitive Gymnastics exist some problems: the number of athletes is obviously insufficient, national competitions tend to be lean; Competitive Gymnastics Coaches are not enough, age, education and the title structure are unreasonable; sports facilities of the sports training bases in Shanxi Province are generally backward and dispersion, seriously affect the athletes’high level training.This study focuses the main problems that currently exist, sums up its own research and thought:1. to strengthen the culture and reserve of reserve talent.2. to strengthen the construction of the coaches team.3. to strengthen the construction of venues and the input of funds.4. to enhance the exchange learning with the gym leader in other provinces or power countries, and to introduce teachers. |
