Since ancient times,happiness is the goal of people in their lives.But until the mid-20th century,the happiness enter into the field of scientific research obsolutely.At that time,psychology was beginning to realize that the treatment of mental illness can’t solve the problem of people’s happiness.The people who have no mental illness aren’t necessarily happy.Then,positive psychology was born.It began to focus on the positive emotions of mankind,in order to achieve the true happiness.Similarly,the study about teachers in mental health always focused on teachers’psychological problems,mental illness and so on.The articles study on teachers mental health from the positive aspects seldom.This thesis focuses on the status of Subjective Well-being of the principal and its influence factors to understand the status of mental health of the principal.The purpose of this thesis is to understand the overall condition of the principal of subjective well-being,and to analyze and explore the influence factors form the geographical,economic,age/working age,personality and so on. To collection data the thesis use the principle questionnaire which was send to different cities of different economic development and geographical positions.The cities which was choosed inclued four provincial capital cities and seven prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province.The following conclusions from data processing and analysis:(1)The subjective well-being of the principal is in good condition,in the mid to upper level in other words.In the four factors(relationships with others self-satisfaction,social life self-satisfaction,personality self-satisfaction and family life satisfaction),their personality self-satisfaction is the best,while the social life self-satisfaction is the worst.(2)Regional differences significantly influence the level of the subjective well-being of the principal (p<0.05).The difference between coastal and inland significantly influence the subjective well-being of the principal. The influence of difference between north and south isn’t significant.(3)) The influence of economical differences on the level of the subjective well-being of the principals is not significant (p>0.05). the level of subjective well-being doesn’t improve with the economic development,but for the downward trend.(4) The influence of age factors on the level of the subjective well-being of the principal is not significant (p>0.05).The happiest principals are31-40years-old,the lowest level of of the subjective well-being is the principals under the age of30.(5)Office term to kindergarten has a significant effect on the subjective well-being (p<0.05).The principals working6to10years,have the higher level of happiness than the principals working less than5years.(6)The kindergarten nature on the influence of the subjective well-being of the principal is not significant (p>0.05).(7) The influence of Enneagram on the level of the subjective well-being of the principal is very significant (p<0.01).The principal focus on personality type has the observer,the hedonism,protector,doers. Their subjective well-being level are in front in the Enneagram.
