The paper is based on the sports risk and the related research results of risk perception, discusses the sports risk perception if high school students. The sports risk perception of high school students was researched by using the method of questionnaire investigation, expert interviews, logical analysis and statistics. Study on the1013high school students who are living in Taiyuan city and the surrounding counties, and some sports experts and teachers. Based on the statistical results of treatment to draw the following conclusions:1. the concept of sports risk perception of high school students is high school students have intuitive judgments and subjective feelings in sports activities.2. The personal background factors (gender, grade, injured or no take part in sports teams or no) of high school students have a certain influence risk perception in sports and some differences. These factors have determined the risk perception of high school students in activities.3. There are differences between high school students and experts and physical education teacher on the risk perceptions degree. Analysis the level of risk perception of high school students. The majority of high school students have a high level, but there are also some of the students is low.4. Based on the theoretical assumption, the sports risk perception of high school students was analyzed by quantitative analysis, and the results were basically identical. The sports risk perception between high school students and experts and PE teachers is different, most of students underestimated the sports risk judgment. In order to make the students have the right risk perception and avoid the sports injuring accidents happening, the related experts and teachers should guide and help them in time.
