Study On Present Situation And Guidance Of The Undergraduate’s Lifestyle

Lifestyle’s content is complicated and its connotation is rich. It is sum of people’smaterial life and cultural life and the way of behavior in a certain social form. As a kind ofobjective existence, it restrict the social culture, the ideology and the development of personalinterest, hobbies, value orientation and so on. With the deepening of reform and opening-upand socialist market economy system of change, people’s way of life and mental state israpidly changing. As the leader of era culture, the young students are also not exceptional.The change of their way of life directly reflect a change of the spirit of the times. In recentyears, as the connection between the university and society become more and more close, allkinds of bad way of life from society influence college students more and more deeply. Somebad phenomena such as money worship,hedonism,extravagant revealed gradually in thecollege students. It not only not conducive to college students’ physical and psychologicalhealth and integration but also play a side effect to the whole social scientific and theadvocacy of the civilized life way. What’s more, college students’ overall image and qualityalso will be affected by the public criticism and questioned. Focus on college students’ dailylife way, analyze and discuss the present condition and the cause of the problem, and guideand education to make them form the life style the society needed. It has become an importanttopic of the university moral education, ideological and political education and spiritualcivilization construction.This paper analyzes the related literature and material at home and abroad.We make aquestionnaire survey based on the status of current college students lifestyle characteristics.What’s more, we interview unique cases about lifestyle.From above,we got a lot of a material.After making data analysis and consolidation on these questionnaire materials andinterviews,we analyzes the current situation of college students’ five characteristics aboutpolitical participation, the study way, the consumption, leisure and entertainment, symmetryin love. At last, we points out the current university students lifestyle problems, and such aspolitical participation enthusiasm is not high, the study purpose increasingly utilitarian,unreasonable structure of consumption, leisure activities and planning, lack of consciousnessof weak and lack of sexual knowledge concept and so on and make analysis of themultidimensional degree of the cause of the problem. Finally, this paper puts forward theconstruction of the college students’ lifestyle are in accord with the demands of the era ofgoals, civilized, healthy, harmonious, low-carbon and provide effective way to construct for college students’ lifestyle through the school, family, society, the students themselveseducation together.
