With the enlarging of enrollment scale of higher education in China, educationpopularization process of piecemeal accelerating, focus in the higher education quality has causedthe wide attention of all circles. In this context, how to conduct scientific evaluation on thequality of higher education, to lead our focus from institutional changes to internal qualityimprovement becoming an important issues that need to be addressed in China in21st century.Teachers, as the subject of higher education, which their performance evaluation should be givenmore attention. This paper, through the application of NSSE, puts forward the view from thestudents for the teacher education activities of evaluation, and follows the thinking of "NSSE inuniversity teachers’ performance evaluation, the use of the value analysis-empiricalresearch-cause analysis-countermeasures".This paper proposed such an argument: NSSE is the ongoing survey of which a nationwideuniversities and colleges of undergraduate course for students of the specific learning behaviorand universities education practice. It takes into account students’ learning that is amultidimensional, dynamic social and campus activities.And only by the students of theuniversity course grade of students and the last school achievement evaluation is far fromenough.By the same token,is the performance evaluation of college and university teachers,especially on the teaching quality assessment. Teaching and cultivation education is the realmeaning of education.So as a qualified college teachers, the education quality assessment of notonly should be referred to the dynamic guidance for students course, still should further to andstudent’s life and the exchange of ideas.This paper,which is through the analyses of the characteristics of the NSSE, and on thebasis of the characteristics of university education in our country, gives the students’ curriculumresult ","to the communication between teachers and students,""in the subject teachers inguiding initiative","teacher guiding social practice initiative" four supportive module to the formof questionnaire survey from Angle for students of university teachers education process of rating.The score as the evaluation coefficient of university teachers education quality, gives theinfluence to the original score of performance evaluation,then, completes application. On this basis, through analysis of M university of empirical studies and the statistic results, we foundshortage in the process of education of university teachers,and put forward some countermeasureto improve teachers’ education quality, the quality of students’ learning from levels of students,teachers, and university. Through analysis and research of this paper,we hope it can provide anew perspective,context and guide for university teachers’ education quality in part of theperformance evaluation.
